Josh Grieb, CPA, is a shareholder at Cohen & Grieb, P.A., which he joined in 2011 after graduating from the University of Florida. He focuses on the taxation of closely held businesses and the families who own them, particularly S corporations, partnerships, and family office structures.

Josh works with owners on tax planning and compliance across the life of the business, including the planning and reporting around a business sale and the management of the family’s holdings afterward. His clients include physician and dental practices, professional service firms, and owners of commercial and residential real estate.

Josh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He served five years as treasurer of the Tampa Kiwanis Foundation.
