Grieb to specialize in providing services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.   Rob and Bob began working together at a "Big Five" international C.P.A. firm in 1980.  By 1985 both had joined a local C.P.A. firm, which grew into a regional firm.  They practiced at that firm together for the next fifteen years. They then formed Cohen & Grieb, P.A.,  envisioning a firm tailored to the needs of local clients - a firm that could be responsive to the dynamic Tampa market.
